Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy starts from the day your order is delivered, not the day you placed it. This gives you enough time to check your product properly before deciding to keep it.
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return. Exchanges are also accepted. The product must be unused or in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
Returns can be requested online and our delivery partner will pick up the item directly from your doorstep at no extra charge.
There are no restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
